identiti partnered with Amazon Easy to create a comprehensive training program for select store owners participating in Amazon Easy, the offline store concept by Amazon. The objective of the training program was to enable these store owners to make the most of the Amazon Easy website, enhancing their ability to offer a seamless browsing and shopping experience to non-urban customers. As part of the project, Identiti also developed an engaging email campaign to promote the training program and generate awareness among the target audience.
