The brochure is the last thing they take home.
A premium residential brochure has one job a website cannot do: it survives the site visit. It sits on a kitchen table for weeks while a couple decides whether to spend a significant share of their savings. That changes what it has to be — less a sales document, more an object worth keeping. We built it as a sequence, so it reads the way a viewing goes: the place first, the building second, the specification last.

01 The cover had to work as a standalone object. Most of these were handed over in person at the end of a site visit, so it lives on a table rather than arriving in a letterbox.
